This is the placeholder shell that ships with the site. The final privacy notice will be drafted by counsel before launch and will incorporate AIConsultants.co’s specific data-handling, retention, and processor relationships. The summary below describes what the site currently does so legal review can build on it directly.
When you submit the consultation form on /get-started, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone, company, role, the challenge you describe, service category, industry, budget range, timing, and your preferred consultation format. When you sign up for our newsletter we collect the email address (and optionally first name) you submit.
Our analytics provider (PostHog) collects anonymous usage data such as pages visited and form-step completion events. Vercel collects standard performance/operational telemetry.
We use submitted contact information to respond to your consultation request, send the autoresponders described on the form, and — if you complete the full form — add you to our newsletter audience. We do not sell or rent contact information.
We use the following processors: Resend (transactional email + audience), Upstash (encrypted form-state storage with 30-day retention), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection), Vercel (hosting), and PostHog (privacy-friendly analytics). Each runs under its own published privacy and processing terms.
You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold by emailing hello@aiconsultants.co. Final privacy notice will detail your specific rights under applicable law (CCPA/CPRA, GDPR where relevant) and our response timeframes.
We’ll post a new “Last updated” date when material changes are made. Material changes that affect your rights will be communicated by email if you’ve given us a contact address.
